What's up my name Ubaldo Campos Espinoza but my nickname is Waldo and I prefer to be called Waldo. I'm 15 years old and i like to play kickball, soccer, tennis, and track. i'm a Youth Evaluator at YFYI. I like everything about my job. The bosses here are nice and calm. When you got something to say they actually listen and take into consideration and don't just ignore what we say. Youth Leadership is important because if people can see the abilities we have and everything we can do the adults might give us more respect. Also the youth have so much intellegence that people don't take into consideration. I think what makes a good community worker is a community worker that cares and just doesn't do it for the benifit.
